Robert F. Morris
Robert F. Morris is a Liberian business and project development executive with experience spanning construction related activities, property development, infrastructure planning, project coordination and organizational management. As Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Services Incorporated, he provides strategic and executive leadership for the company's energy and infrastructure development activities, including the proposed 40 MW Margibi Solar PV Project.
Mr. Morris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. His professional experience has included senior responsibility for administration, operations, infrastructure initiatives, stakeholder engagement and institutional management.
Anthony Togba
Anthony Togba is a construction and infrastructure management professional with more than 25 years of experience in construction management on at-risk projects and construction management agency projects. He has served in senior roles including Deputy Assistant Director of Construction Support, Area Construction Manager, Program Manager, Resident Engineer and Project Manager. As Technical Manager for Phoenix Services Incorporated, he brings extensive experience in the technical and management oversight of major infrastructure projects, project teams, construction operations, quality assurance and delivery coordination.
Anthony previously served as Program/Project Manager of the Liberia Airport Authority Project Implementation Unit, the lead project management consultant for the Rehabilitation and Upgrading of Runway 04-22 and construction of the new modern international terminal at Roberts International Airport in Liberia. This role provided direct experience managing a major infrastructure program in Liberia involving complex civil, building, airport and stakeholder interfaces.
Winston Martu Prowd
Winston Martu Prowd is a seasoned finance professional with more than 20 years of progressive experience in financial strategy, operational finance, financial reporting, taxation, payroll administration, internal controls and process optimization.
He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and magna cum laude with an Associate degree in Management. He has also undertaken graduate studies in Finance and specialized training in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Serena Jappah
Serena Jappah is an Electronics Engineer with an emphasis in Telecommunications Engineering and more than a decade of professional experience across network planning and optimization, technical operations, procurement, contract administration, asset management and project support. Her combination of engineering, field-technical, operational and administrative experience provides a strong foundation for coordinating the operational requirements of a utility-scale solar project.
Ms. Jappah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering with an emphasis in Telecommunications Engineering from Stella Maris Polytechnic, Monrovia. Her technical background includes network planning and optimization, radio network design, performance monitoring, site surveys, technical data analysis, network testing and field troubleshooting.
