REGIONAL TECHNICAL PARTNERSHIP

Bringing regional technical capability into the Margibi project.

Where the relationship is formally documented and approved for public disclosure, Phoenix may identify Zanet Energy of Ghana as a regional technical partner supporting the development of the proposed Margibi solar project.

The precise description of the relationship should reflect the executed agreement between Phoenix and Zanet and should not imply an EPC, financing, ownership or joint-venture relationship unless the relevant agreement establishes it.
